North Central Sutton County in west central Texas...

* Until 115 PM CDT.

* At 1006 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain in In and around the city of Sonora. Between
3.5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for In and around the city of Sonora. This is
a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
