NWS / NOAA weather: Tornado Warning issued July 16 at 4:48AM CDT until July 16 at 5:15AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

At 448 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Laguna, or 14 miles northwest of Uvalde, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northwestern Uvalde County.
