NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 16 at 11:28AM CDT until July 16 at 2:00PM CDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX

At 1128 AM CDT, the Snyder Fire Department reported flash flooding
along streets in Snyder. Doppler radar continued to indicate slow
moving showers and thunderstorms producing very heavy rain across the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
