NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 16 at 1:05PM CDT until July 16 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

At 105 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding across the warned
area. Between 5 and 15 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is already occurring. Low water crossings are reported
closed around Leakey.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Public reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Leakey, Camp Wood, Barksdale, Vance and Tuff.
