* At 545 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Frio Town, or 13 miles northwest of Pearsall,
moving north at 15 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
