* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding reaches secondary
and primary roads and low bridges.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 12.4 feet
late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
this evening to 10.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
