NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 14 at 6:04AM CDT until July 14 at 8:00AM CDT by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

At 604 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3
and 9 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1.5
to 3.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2
inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
