At 530 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Homer City, Ford City, Freeport, Black Lick, West Lebanon,
Manorville, Ford Cliff, Elderton, Lenape Heights, Shelocta,
Jacksonville, Lucerne Mines, Brush Vly and Crooked Creek Lake Park.
