NWS / NOAA weather: Flash Flood Warning issued July 10 at 12:22AM CDT until July 10 at 5:00AM CDT by NWS Paducah KY

At 1222 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain with several roads impassable and at least one home near
Mounds has had water enter the residence. Between 2 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
La Center, Wickliffe, Mounds, Barlow, Tamms, Mound City, Karnak,
Lovelaceville, Ullin, Kevil, Olmsted, New Grand Chain, Pulaski and
Blandville.
