NWS / NOAA weather: Flood Warning issued July 7 at 12:03AM EDT until July 7 at 5:00AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Blair, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield and Huntingdon.

* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing
water. It will take several hours for all the water from these
storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1203 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in
the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and
3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
State College, Bellefonte, Tyrone, Park Forest Village,
Boalsburg, Pleasant Gap, Philipsburg, Stormstown, Lemont,
Bald Eagle, Zion, Houserville, Warriors Mark, Pine Grove
Mills, Centre Hall, Osceola Mills, Milesburg, Tipton, Chester
Hill and Ramblewood.
