NWS / NOAA weather: Flood Warning issued July 6 at 8:35PM EDT until July 6 at 11:30PM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Elk and McKean.

* WHEN...Until 1130 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It
will take several hours for all the water from these storms to
work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 835 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already
occurring. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Kane, Wilcox, James City and Mount Jewett.
