* WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1127 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding along
Fleetwood Rd. in Arcola along Broad Run. Between 2 and 4
inches of rain have fallen. Heavy rainfall has come to and
end, but small streams may still be rising.
