* WHAT...Typhoon Warning remains in effect.

* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Damaging winds expected early this morning.

* IMPACTS...Sustained winds to 40 kt and seas of 16 to 20 ft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tropical storm force winds to 40 kt
continue early this morning, especially in western waters. As
Super Typhoon Bavi continues to move west-northwest and away
from the Marianas, conditions will gradually improve in the
coming days. For small craft operations, dangerous marine
conditions still persist through Wednesday night.
