* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...Portions of southern New Jersey, including the following
county, Burlington and southeast Pennsylvania, including the
following counties, Bucks and Philadelphia.

* WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 240 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding and
road closures in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Bensalem, Burlington, Bristol, Riverside,
Palmyra, Beverly, Andalusia, Holmesburg, Tacony, Pennsauken
and Cinnaminson.
