NWS / NOAA weather: Flood Warning issued July 5 at 11:19PM EDT until July 6 at 2:15AM EDT by NWS State College PA

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Dauphin and York.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1119 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Harrisburg, Lower Allen, Hershey, Colonial Park, Progress,
Middletown, Palmyra, New Cumberland, Linglestown, Steelton,
Lemoyne, Hummelstown, Paxtonia, Rutherford, Skyline View,
Lawnton, Valley Green, Wormleysburg, Bressler-Enhaut-Oberlin
and Penbrook.
