* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 1039 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding along
Jennings Branch in Churchville. Flooding is already
occurring, with at least a foot of flowing water up over
Churchville Ave. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
