At 324 AM EDT, the public flash flooding across Kelleys Island.
Between 7 and 13 inches of rain have fallen since late Sunday
evening. Rainfall rates have decreased, with additional rainfall
amounts up to 1 inch possible early this morning. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Public reported. The public has reported flooded roads
and businesses on Kelleys Island.

IMPACT...Flooding of homes, businesses, small streams, urban
areas, streets and other poor drainage and low-lying
areas.
