* At 911 PM CDT/811 PM MDT/, a wall of dust was along a line
extending from 11 miles west of Andrews to near Midland to 16 miles
southeast of Midland International Air and Space Port to 22 miles
north of Rankin to 9 miles north of Reagan County Airport, moving
southwest at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong wind in
excess of 50 mph.
