Southern Lea County in southeastern New Mexico...
Pecos County in southwestern Texas...
Reeves County in southwestern Texas...
Ward County in western Texas...
Western Winkler County in western Texas...
Northeastern Culberson County in southwestern Texas...
Loving County in western Texas...
Southwestern Upton County in western Texas...

* Until 1215 AM CDT/1115 PM MDT/.

* At 1040 PM CDT/940 PM MDT/, a wall of dust was along a line
extending from near Eunice Airport to 10 miles west of Jal to 7
miles west of Wink to 18 miles southeast of Grandfalls to 12 miles
northeast of Sheffield, moving west at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with strong wind in
excess of 50 mph.

IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

Interstate 10 between mile markers 205 and 323.
Interstate 20 between mile markers 8 and 77.
