* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 839 PM CDT, the rain has ended across the area, but flooding
remains possible due to the 1.5 to 3 inches of rain that fell
earlier in the evening.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
