* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water affects many residences along the
river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 9.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue rising to a crest of 12.8 feet
early Thursday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
