* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Significant agricultural flooding begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.0 feet Saturday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage late Saturday evening.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.9
