* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Charles City.

* WHEN...From Friday evening to Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Barricading of streets begins, and the
intersection of Riverside and North Illinois Streets may be
flooded. Cable pedestrian bridge is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.0 feet
tomorrow evening.
