The Flood Warning will expire at 315 PM CDT this afternoon for a
portion of northeast Iowa, including the following areas, Allamakee
and Winneshiek.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Friday for portions
of Iowa, southeast Minnesota, and Wisconsin...
