overnight. This is leading to flooding on Bear Creek.

is occurring.

* WHEN...Until 315 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1121 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated slow moving thunderstorms
with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 3.5 and
5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area.
