NWS / NOAA weather: Extreme Heat Warning issued July 2 at 3:14AM EDT until July 3 at 8:00PM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT...For the first Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot
conditions with heat index values up to 108 expected. For the
second Extreme Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heat
index values up to 109 expected.

* WHERE...In Virginia, Clarke, Frederick, Page, Shenandoah, and
Warren Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral,
Hampshire, and Hardy Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Extreme Heat Warning, from 10 AM this morning
to 8 PM EDT this evening. For the second Extreme Heat Warning,
from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.
