* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values 104 to
108 each afternoon. Very warm and muggy temperatures overnight
will not provide much relief.

* WHERE...Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Oswego,
Livingston, and Ontario Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Extreme heat and humidity will significantly increase
the potential for heat related illnesses, particularly for those
working or participating in outdoor activities.
