Al-Qaeda Vows To Wage War On All Fronts, Plans Resurgence In Afghanistan As US Withdraws
AFGHANISTAN - Al-Qaeda has vowed to wage war on all fronts and says they plan a resurgence in Afghanistan as the United States withdraws their forces from the region, stating that the "Americans are now defeated".
Trouble is Once Again Brewing in Afghanistan as the Taliban and Al-Queda see a renewed opportunity to gain power in the region that U.S. and NATO forces have been holding together for the last 20 years.
Multiple Al-Qaeda operatives told CNN that the terrorist organization is planning a resurgence, stating that, "The Americans are now defeated".
Biden announced a withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan last month, saying "Bin Laden is dead and Al-Qaeda is degraded in Afghanistan. And it’s time to end the forever war."
Although the Taliban agreed to part ways with the Al-Qaeda terrorist organization if U.S. troops withdraw from the region but whether they will honor that agreement is yet to be seen.
Al-Qaeda has become increasingly weak and decentralized since the death of Bin Laden but without the U.S. and NATO keeping them at bay in the region the future of Afghanistan is still unclear.
With Afghan forces saying they have Killed 60 Taliban Forces in the last 24 hours without the aid of foreign troops, there may be a glimmer of hope yet that the Afghans will be able to hold their own against hostile forces in the region.
